What is an AI system integration?

It connects a second business system to your Claude and HubSpot agent so the agent can answer questions that span both, for example matching CRM pipeline against real order or production data.

Do I need the Super Agent first?

Yes. This extends an existing Claude and HubSpot agent. If you do not have one yet, we start with the HubSpot + Claude Super Agent, then add the integration.

Which systems can you connect?

ERP, MIS, operations and accounting systems are the common ones. We confirm feasibility in discovery. A standard connect is the £5k to £10k reference; heavy custom engineering is scoped and quoted separately.

Is my data safe?

The integration is built on your own infrastructure with agreed, scoped access. We test against live data with you and hand over full control.

How long does it take?

It depends on the second system and its access model. We give you a fixed scope and timeline after discovery, not before.

What access do you need to the second system?

Agreed, scoped access via an API, connector or middleware, whichever the second system supports. We confirm the access model in discovery and build on your own infrastructure. If the system has no workable access route, we will tell you up front.

What is delivered?

A cross-system data map, agreed interpretation logic, a working and tested integration, updated agent skills for the new system's terminology, tested cross-system prompts ready from day one, and training plus a full handover so your team owns it.

Who owns it after handover?

You do. The integration is built on your own infrastructure, and we hand over full control with training. It becomes part of your agent, not something you depend on us to keep running.
