Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Imagine Growth collects, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it plain, and we never sell your data.
1. Who we are
Imagine Growth is the trading name of Imagine Growth Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15646829), based in Whalley, Lancashire, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
The easiest way to reach us about privacy is through the contact form. We do not publish a public email address, everything routes through our forms so requests are logged and actioned properly.
2. What we collect
- Information you give us through a form on this site (for example your name, work email, company, and anything you tell us about your business). Our forms are powered by HubSpot.
- Interactive tool inputs, if you use a tool such as our HubSpot Health Scorecard or AI Visibility Checker, we process the answers you provide to generate your result, and we store your contact details if you ask us to send it.
- Usage data, collected automatically through privacy-conscious analytics and standard server logs (for example pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type).
3. How and why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and speak with you about working together.
- To deliver and improve the services and tools you have asked for.
- To understand how the site is used so we can make it better.
- To send you information you have asked for. We do not add you to marketing without your consent.
4. Legal bases (UK and EU GDPR)
We rely on: your consent (for example when you submit a form or opt in); our legitimate interests in running and improving our business and this website; and performance of a contract where we are delivering a service to you.
5. Sharing and processors
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate, under appropriate agreements. These include our CRM and forms provider (HubSpot), our hosting and content delivery provider (Cloudflare), and our analytics provider. Some of these providers are based outside the UK/EU; where that happens, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to make the site work and to measure usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Where required, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies.
7. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Clients and prospects in the US, Canada and the EU have equivalent rights under their local laws. To exercise any of these, contact us through the contact form. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
