The problem

Most growth problems are system problems.

Marketing runs one play, sales runs another, HubSpot sits half-used, reporting no one trusts, and AI gets bolted on before the basics work. So spend goes up and pipeline stays flat.

Audience

Who you are actually selling to, and where they are. We define the real buyer universe: the accounts worth winning, the roles that sign, and the demand you need to create to reach them. Then we shape the strategy to go and get them, across search, content, paid and outbound. Demand strategy lives here. Not more content, but a plan for creating and capturing demand from the people who can buy.

Comes out of it: ICP and target accounts, buyer roles and triggers, and a demand plan built around pipeline, not reach.

Connect

The system that carries the strategy. We build and fix the HubSpot setup underneath it all: CRM, pipelines, lifecycle, workflows, website, reporting and attribution. This is where positioning and audience stop being a deck and start being a working machine that captures demand and moves it to revenue.

Enable

The AI leverage on top. Once the system runs, we add practical Claude leverage: reporting and forecasting that refresh themselves, follow-up that never goes cold, prospecting in each rep's voice, and an AI teammate that knows your CRM. What is PACE?

PACE is Imagine Growth's methodology: Position, Audience, Connect, Enable. It is the order we work in to turn HubSpot, AI and demand generation into one revenue system, rather than a list of disconnected services.

Is positioning a separate service I can buy?

No. Positioning and marketing strategy are the first step of PACE, the foundation the rest of the work stands on. We do the positioning and audience work as part of building your revenue system, so strategy and execution stay connected.

Do I have to do all four steps at once?

No. We diagnose where you are, then agree the order that moves revenue fastest for you. Most clients start with an audit, then a build or a monthly partnership, adding the AI enablement once the system runs.

Where does AI fit in?

AI is the Enable step, applied last on purpose. We add practical Claude leverage once the system and data are right, so the AI works with clean, real information instead of confidently getting it wrong.
