How is this different from using ChatGPT or Claude on their own?

What if our CRM data is poor?

You still get value. The programme includes a HubSpot audit and health report across properties, pipelines, workflows, data quality, integrations and access, so poor data gets surfaced rather than hidden. If deeper remediation is needed, that is scoped separately from the AI-Powered HubSpot Audit or Optimisation.
