Senior HubSpot support, on tap.
A monthly bank of senior HubSpot and RevOps hours, delivered flexibly: strategy and hands-on execution from people who bring their own ideas, not a junior admin working tickets. For B2B teams across the US, Canada, UK and Europe.
Your HubSpot needs consistent, senior attention, and you cannot justify a full-time hire.
So the work piles up. Reporting no one trusts. A backlog of config, workflows and data fixes. One person who holds all the HubSpot knowledge, and a real risk when they are out or leave.
You do not need another junior admin. You need someone senior enough to bring ideas and hands-on enough to build them, without the cost and commitment of a permanent hire. This is not HubSpot admin. It is senior judgement with delivery attached.
Honest about fit.
This is a good fit if
- Your HubSpot needs consistent senior attention and you cannot justify a full-time hire.
- Work is piling up: config, workflows, data fixes, reporting no one trusts.
- One person holds all the HubSpot knowledge, and that is a real risk when they are out.
- You want someone senior enough to bring ideas and hands-on enough to build them.
- You want one accountable owner, no account-management layer, no lost context.
This is not right if
- You are setting HubSpot up from scratch. Start with Implementation.
- You want a one-off diagnosis and prioritised fix list rather than ongoing hours. That is Optimisation.
- You want a junior admin rate to work tickets, not senior judgement with delivery attached.
- You need a full custom website built. That is HubSpot Websites.

Plan weekly
A weekly planning call with your key stakeholder, and a shared backlog in Asana scored by priority, impact, complexity and owner.
Deliver flexibly
We draw down your hours across the month against agreed priorities, moving from diagnosis straight to configuration, documentation and enablement.
Report monthly
A monthly summary: hours used, work completed, risks, and recommendations for next month, plus change notes for material HubSpot updates.
Terms, and a first-month walk-away
A monthly rolling agreement, invoiced monthly, with 30 days notice to cancel or change the support level. Unused hours roll into the next month where actively managed. And if the first 30 days do not deliver the agreed quick wins, you can end immediately, no notice.
What we need
Access to your HubSpot portal at the right level for the work, a key stakeholder for the weekly planning call, and agreed priorities to draw the hours against. Onboarding starts with a stakeholder session and a review of pipelines, properties, workflows, dashboards, permissions and integrations.

Questions we get asked.
Anything else, ask us directly. You will speak to a founder, not a form.
Speak to usIs this just HubSpot admin?
No. This is senior HubSpot and RevOps people who bring their own ideas as well as executing yours, and move straight from diagnosis to build. It should not be compared with a junior admin rate. The value is senior judgement with hands-on delivery attached.
What if the first month does not work out?
You walk away. We run a first-month walk-away: if the first 30 days do not deliver the agreed quick wins, you can end immediately with no notice. We have proven it in practice.
Do unused hours carry over?
Yes, where the account is actively managed, unused hours roll into the next month. They do not bank indefinitely. If you need more in a given month for cover or a push, we agree the extra hours in advance.
Who actually does the work?
You work directly with Rikki and Emma, the senior people who own the account, with an on-demand bench of specialists behind them. One accountable owner, no account-management layer, no handoffs, no lost context.
Can this replace a full-time HubSpot hire?
For many teams, yes. It gives you senior HubSpot and RevOps capacity and reduces key-person dependency, without the cost, recruitment risk or commitment of a permanent hire.
How do you work with our internal HubSpot owner?
Alongside them, not over them. We run a weekly planning call with your key stakeholder, keep a shared backlog in Asana, and act as a senior sounding board for your internal owner, with decisions and changes written down.
How quickly can you start and show value?
Onboarding runs in the first 30 days: we take access, align on priorities, deliver quick wins and set a 60 to 90-day roadmap. If those first 30 days do not deliver the agreed quick wins, you can walk away with no notice.
